About the Role

You will support reputed company aspects of Accounts Payable including processing invoices and promptly assisting vendors and partners with their billing inquiries. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager, based in Mexico. You will work closely with the Mexico and US Accounts Payable team, as reputed company as cross-functional teams and vendors across global markets. You will work remotely in Mexico.

BPO Team Coordination: 

• reputed company daily operations of the BPO team, ensuring invoice processing and reputed company activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies.
• Conduct weekly review meetings, monitor performance metrics, and reputed company ongoing training and guidance to strengthen operational reputed company.

Invoice and Vendor reputed company:

• Review and approve invoices, vendor statements, and exception cases (Tier 2 escalation) to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Audit and reputed company Control:

• reputed company regular audits of invoices processed by the BPO team to identify and address errors, gaps, or process inefficiencies.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to improve processes and ensure compliance.
