Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our night shift team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Opening and closing the store, including all necessary tasks such as counting cash, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is prepared for the next day
• Processing item returns, voids, and client discounts, as well as handling cash drops and providing change to sales registers
• Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer information
• Assisting with stockroom and vendor ordering processes, including receiving and processing shipments
• Performing daily tasks, such as counting inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining store appearance
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and communicating changes to colleagues
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of previous leadership, administrative, or retail key holder experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with store stock control and inventory management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
