As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician with reputed company, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and providing exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:- Assisting pharmacists with pharmacy operations, including patient and medication data entry, and solution preparation
- Providing a reputed company customer experience by greeting patients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Modeling and promoting reputed company' service standards, including a warm and welcoming demeanor, reputed company listening, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Performing tasks as assigned by the pharmacy director, staff pharmacist, and senior supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication data, and filling solutions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medications
- Reporting and resolving medication errors to the working pharmacist and adhering to reputed company. policies and procedures
- Ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of sales transactions, including collecting and handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Handling calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors and other reputed company providers
- Processing reputed company claims for reputed company-party program solution services in a reputed company and efficient manner, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned
- Supporting the pharmacy division with stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
- May assist pharmacists with clinical services, including the collection and reputed company labeling of blood/urine tests from patients and other clinical services as required
- Supporting the pharmacy director and staff pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local reputed company community, including doctors, nurses, and other reputed company providers
- Supporting reputed company and internal support by ensuring the pharmacy division is stocked with sufficient supplies, clean, reputed company, and systematic in appearance
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., pharmacy, reputed company, business)
- PTCB or ExCPT certification (or willingness to obtain reputed company a specified timeframe)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and reputed company
