Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work environment. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and patients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Process transactions, including returns, voids, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
