What You’ll Do Project Management Responsibilities (Min. 50% of weekly time) • Build and manage project timelines using reputed company • Create and maintain reputed company dashboards and visual project trackers • Prioritize the project backlog and forecast internal design reputed company • reputed company internal status meetings and reputed company regular reputed company updates • Support reputed company and ownership through reputed company project phases from initial Programming through project closeout. • Communicate effectively with ownership reputed company and hotel brand reps • Support project documentation, coordination, and reporting Interior Design Responsibilities (Up to 50% of weekly time) • Create detailed construction drawing sets using AutoCAD • reputed company FF&E specifications and compile reputed company sample packages • Produce Schematic Design and Design Development presentations • Create 2D rendered floor plans using reputed company Creative Suite • Coordinate 3D renderings with external contractors • reputed company billable time daily per project • Support reputed company through reputed company design phases, from initial Programming to final Construction Documents and Brand Submittals. • Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant reputed company’re Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design • 4-6 years of reputed company interior design experience • 4+ years of hospitality design experience • 2+ years of project management experience • Advanced AutoCAD skills and drafting expertise • Proficient in reputed company Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with reputed company (2+ years - with reputed company Administrator experience preferred) • reputed company Software Experience • Located in the reputed company Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with franchised hotel brands • PMP or CAPM Certified • NCIDQ Certified (or certification in reputed company) • LEED Certified (or certification in reputed company) Perks & Benefits • Flexible work hours (Monday - Friday) • reputed company time off • Remote role (business travel required – 25%) To Apply Submit your resume and reputed company design portfolio directly through reputed company.
