Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist. As a Virtual Assistant for Clinical Research and Data Analysis, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical trials and research initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, data analysis, and research study coordination. Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and clean raw data from various sources, including in-house databases and authorized platforms, to create normalized, examination-ready patient datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights from genuine world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests.
  • Clean, transform, and store data into a centralized data lake for future analysis and broader team utilization.
  • Perform data mining and statistical analysis to break down RWE/RWD and uncover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment outcomes.
  • Support the development of genuine data, analysis, and stage capabilities, applying advanced investigation and tools to resolve logical inquiries from biopharmaceutical organizations.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of results research studies.
  • Ensure high-quality, thorough, and timely interpretations from RWE review and examinations.
  • Develop dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Conduct a specified level of effort on new true data suppliers vendors and drive RWD quality evaluations to inform investment decisions.

Essential Capabilities

  • Experience in designing and executing robust and reproducible statistical analyses related to epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data.
  • Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis.
  • Experience handling large datasets from various data sources.
  • Experience managing protected patient health information.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI analytics tools.

Favored Capabilities

  • PhD, Graduate degree in statistics/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field.
  • Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets.
  • Skills in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode).
  • Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as well as regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR).
  • Experience working on alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions.
  • Experience with exploratory design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics.
  • Understanding of statistics and AI techniques, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills.
