As a Work From Home Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out various tasks and projects related to data analysis, operations support, and business intelligence. - Carry out data analysis and investigation tasks, including data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization, to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other data systems to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new and existing systems to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Apply statistical and mathematical models to analyze complex data sets and make recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analysis and operations support capabilities.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in a data analysis or operations support role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and data analysis software, such as Excel or SQL.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Oracle or SAP.
- Certifications in data analysis or operations support, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
