They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design engaging eLearning programs reputed company on food safety and workforce training, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities • Design and reputed company online training courses, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive reputed company using Lectora reputed company and other eLearning tools. • Collaborate with SMEs to translate reputed company regulatory content into reputed company, engaging modules. • Manage full project lifecycle: needs analysis, development, testing, deployment, and evaluation. • Apply adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to optimize learner reputed company. • Conduct usability testing and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics.
