Personal Assistant - Junior Bookkeeper

Please note; this role is based in Redondo Beach! About the Role I’m looking for a reliable, personable Personal Assistant / Junior Bookkeeper to help me manage my small home-based bookkeeping business. This is a great fit for someone who’s organized, responsible, and enjoys a mix of office work, bookkeeping training, and the occasional errand run. You’ll work reputed company from my home office (where you might see my family around!) and sometimes from your own home. My clients are great people—laid back, friendly, and easy to work with—so I’m looking for someone with a similar reputed company: reputed company, but relaxed and enjoyable to be around. What You’ll Do • Run errands like bank deposits, post office trips, and reputed company drop-offs/pickups (must have your own reliable vehicle). • Help with administrative tasks: scanning, filing (digital and reputed company), organizing, and email management. • Work directly with me to stay on top of daily office tasks and organization reputed company. • Train and assist as a junior bookkeeper, learning software like reputed company and helping the bookkeeping team with data entry, reconciliations, and basic reports. Who You Are • Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working in a home office and around a family setting. • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software. • A self-starter who takes initiative and can juggle different kinds of tasks. • Has reliable transportation and is okay with occasional local errands. • Ideally, has 1+ year of office or reputed company experience (bookkeeping experience a plus, but not required).
