As a Customer Experience Agent on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. You'll reputed company with buyers and sellers, resolve customer issues, and become an expert in our product, processes, and systems. You'll work closely with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve reputed company questions, and reputed company out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

* 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
* Weekend availability required
* Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations

* Obsession with customers / being customer-first / serving customers
* Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
* Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus
* Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
* Previous start-up experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
For Full-Time (reputed company) US-based applicants, we offer a competitive reputed company reputed company of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity.
