Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Compunnel Digital is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist with various data management tasks. The role involves data entry, formatting, proofreading, and supporting different departments with their projects and events. Responsibilities • Data entry, formatting, word processing, scanning, and filing for specified departments • Assisting the purchasing department, customer service department, or/and accounting department • Proofreading and editing documents using Grammarly and Microsoft Editor • Making spreadsheets and aiding with special projects • Support on diverse projects for other employees as needed • Assisting Office Manager in events, arranging meetings, lunches, and conferences Skills • Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word • Great attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communications skills • A reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic • Transportation to and from headquarters • A high-school diploma Company Overview • Compunnel Digital leverages a team of seasoned technologists to harness high-impact technologies and tools to tailor innovations that optimize businesses’ customer experience, user experience, and internal and external processes.
