**Role Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Educating clients on available benefits and helping them select the best protection plans
* Conducting client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
* Maintaining strong relationships with all members and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
* Working with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes
* Meeting scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients
* Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information
**Key Responsibilities**
* Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans

+ Identify and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

+ Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure clients feel supported and engaged
+ Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client experience

**Qualifications**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
