Our company is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers, and we are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Pharmacy Technician – Clinical Customer Care at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming telephone calls from Customer Care associates on a daily basis and maintaining metrics as assigned * Making outbound calls for a variety of purposes, including situations deemed urgent by the clinical pharmacist team * Assisting the clinical pharmacist team with outgoing MD, pharmacy, and/or customer calls * Providing guidance and feedback to Customer Care Associates using a consultative approach to continually develop staff knowledge * Completing tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team * Maintaining an advanced understanding of all blithequark Pharmacy's policies and procedures as well as blithequark Pharmacy products and services * Monitoring and processing all help desk assigned tasks on a daily basis * Acting as the primary point of contact for escalated calls by Customer Care Associates, handling escalated calls and following through until resolution has been met * Managing the reporting of customer complaints and providing resolution per set SLA's, escalating as appropriate * Investigating and reporting pharmacy errors * Learning pharmacy laws and regulations nationwide * Serving as a point of contact for any system or technology/software outages and notifying all appropriate parties for resolution * Maintaining confidentiality of all customer information * Working autonomously and proactively identifying areas in need of improvement * Constant collaboration with teammates * Customer-centric and commitment to quality * Working a flexible schedule, with shifts possibly starting and ending outside of normal business hours * Performing other tasks assigned while working in a fast-paced environment **Essential Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: * Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License (This includes Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses) * High school or equivalent diploma **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) * Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member * Strong organization skills and attention to detail * Experience recognizing and identifying patient medications * 6+ months of relevant experience working with computer and web-based tools * Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Strong customer service skills and commitment to quality * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer and web-based tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of the blithequark team, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Opportunities for professional development and advancement * Access to training and development programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible scheduling and work-life balance * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
