**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
* Escalating, transferring, or completing conference calls with banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**
We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
* Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.
* A High School Diploma or GED.
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
* 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
* The ability to type 25 wpm.
* Comfort with desktop computer systems.
* Proven oral and written communication skills.
* Logical problem-solving skills.
* Availability to work various shifts.
* Ability to use Windows operating systems.
* Organization and work prioritization skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.

**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in this remote work setting, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Internet Connection Requirements:
