Experience: Minimum 3 years U.S. coding experience

Certification Required: CPC / COC / CCS
Role Summary:
Responsible for accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding for ancillary and outpatient services to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Code radiology, pathology, lab, PT/OT, and DME services.
• Ensure compliance with payer-specific and CMS guidelines.
• Conduct audits and collaborate with providers for documentation improvement.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in outpatient and ancillary coding.
• Familiarity with NCCI edits, LCD/NCD policies, and RCM processes.
• Experience with EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech preferred.
