The role involves system upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and troubleshooting issues while collaborating with stakeholders to address system problems. Responsibilities • Tier 1 support of reputed company Platform Incidents, identifying issues and reputed company troubleshooting efforts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems. • Serves as the back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades or handles request that are more reputed company. • Troubleshoots and resolves reputed company problems in an efficient manner with little to no supervision. • Troubleshoot integration issues such as system/service accounts, API’s, User Management Certs, etc. • Manage Dashboards and reports to reputed company insights into platform usage, license allocations, and performance. • Support data driven decision making.
