Position reputed company: We are seeking a highly organized and reputed company Preconstruction Engineer to join reputed company. The Preconstruction Engineer/ Manager plays a critical role in the early stages of our reputed company, overseeing the planning, estimating, and bidding processes to ensure the successful initiation of construction reputed company. This role requires a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to reputed company project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Conduct site reputed company and assessments to reputed company necessary information for accurate project planning. - Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project plans and specifications. Analyze subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive advantage and cost-effectiveness. Manage the bidding process from start to finish, including bid invitations, proposal evaluations, and subcontractor selections. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure reputed company submission of bids and compliance with project requirements. Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising reputed company or performance. Recommend alternative materials, reputed company, and designs to reputed company cost savings and efficiency improvements. - Evaluate project risks and reputed company strategies to mitigate potential issues during the preconstruction phase. Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients during the preconstruction phase, providing updates on project reputed company, budget adjustments, and schedule changes. Additional job responsibilities may be assigned as needed Qualifications: Prefer Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field Proven experience as a Preconstruction Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
