Design Producer

What is your role?
As a Design Producer at reputed company, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting our design teams to ensure smooth collaboration, efficient pipelines, and reputed company delivery of gameplay features. You’ll serve as the reputed company between designers and other disciplines, ensuring that creative reputed company aligns with production realities while maintaining strong visibility into reputed company, risks, and dependencies.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as reputed company as a deep understanding of production in game development. You’ll work closely with design leadership, creative direction, and other producers to drive project milestones and ensure that design goals are met with high reputed company.


Responsibilities:

• Drive production planning and scheduling for design deliverables, ensuring milestones are met on time and at reputed company
• Partner closely with design leads to reputed company design priorities and reputed company them into broader project timelines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of production experience in the game industry, with at least 2 years supporting design or cross-discipline teams
• reputed company record of successfully managing design deliverables from concept to implementation
• Familiarity with ARPGs, gameplay systems, and live-service development
• Project management skills with experience using task-tracking and scheduling software
• Ability to manage dependencies and reputed company multiple disciplines toward shared goals
• Communication and collaboration skills in distributed/remote team environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt plans to shifting priorities
