Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Remote Digital Marketing Automation Assistant to support our marketing team with automation tools, campaign setup, and performance tracking. This role involves working with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and digital workflows to help drive conversions and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and managing automated email campaigns

• Work with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo

• Create and update marketing workflows, segments, and triggers

• Support lead generation and nurture campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and report insights

• Maintain contact lists and clean data when needed

• Schedule social media or newsletter content

• Collaborate with design and content teams to execute campaigns

• Troubleshoot automation or delivery issues

• Follow brand guidelines and project deadlines

Qualifications:

Required:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and email campaigns

• Familiarity with automation or CRM tools (training can be provided)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Reliable internet connection and a personal device

Preferred:

• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar platforms
