The future of cybersecurity starts with you.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>CrowdStrike’s Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our CIO organization, with a primary focus on Information Security and Enterprise AI hiring.</p><p>Our ideal candidate is a strategic recruiting partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has experience hiring for technical roles within security and AI domains. You’re a relationship builder, problem solver, and “Swiss Army knife” <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">recruiter—comfortable</span> managing multiple client groups across complex technical disciplines.<br> </p><p><b>This is a full-time contract position with the potential to convert to permanent employment.</b><br> </p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across the CIO organization, particularly in InfoSec and Enterprise AI, to understand evolving talent needs and develop customized hiring strategies.</p></li><li><p>Build robust sourcing pipelines for high-impact technical talent, including Security Engineers and Analysts, AI/ML specialists, and platform architects.</p></li><li><p>Screen, assess, and present candidates with a strong focus on both technical excellence and team alignment.</p></li><li><p>Manage a seamless, high-touch interview process in collaboration with Talent Coordinators and technical interview panels.</p></li><li><p>Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to hiring teams—informing strategy with competitive trends.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring each candidate and stakeholder experiences a professional, transparent, and timely recruiting process.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with hiring policies, legislation, and internal guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of the organization, from senior ICs to executives.<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>In Addition, You Will:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide a white-glove recruiting experience to both candidates and hiring managers across multiple technical functions.</p></li><li><p>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the CIO, InfoSec, and AI organizations, understanding their strategic priorities and hiring roadmaps.</p></li><li><p>Source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and alternative channels, with a focus on innovation in talent pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Manage offer generation and negotiation processes with precision and professionalism.</p></li><li><p>Provide ongoing analysis of recruitment metrics and hiring trends to business leaders.</p></li><li><p>Act as a brand ambassador for CrowdStrike’s culture and mission—attracting security and AI professionals who align with our values of innovation and protection.<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>What You’ll Need:</b></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally for Cybersecurity, Information Security, and/or Enterprise AI teams.</p></li><li><p>Proven success recruiting across highly technical domains.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience in both corporate and agency settings preferred, ideally within a fast-moving technology company.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior leaders and technical stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-RC1<br>#LI-Remote<br>#LI-LM1<br><br><span>The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000.00 – 120,000.00 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
