Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced 5-Star Super Host to manage our listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing listings, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com, including writing compelling descriptions, setting competitive pricing, and uploading high-quality photos.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed within 10 minutes or less.
  • Synchronize listings across all channels to prevent double bookings and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and manage guest reviews, addressing any concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our listings and guest experiences.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the vacation rental industry and the key players, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
