• Growing sales and developing sales strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions for Abrasives product lines.
• Working cross-functionally with other business disciplines to drive business reputed company and customer satisfaction.
• Managing a sales territory to drive reputed company for the Abrasive Systems Division (ASD).
• Implementing and executing on business priorities to drive results.
• Delivering forecast attainment and CRM execution to drive sales performance.

• Supporting and engaging channel, end-users, and key accounts with daily sales calls, reputed company office meetings, and production floor interaction.
• Preparing and conducting presentations/product demos at distributor partners and end-user customer locations (business reviews, product trainings, etc.).

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
