Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Remote Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Verifying data for completeness and correctness to ensure that all information is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Managing and organizing data to ensure efficient retrieval and reporting, and to support business decision-making.
  • Assisting with data cleaning and validation tasks to maintain data integrity and ensure that all information is accurate and reliable.
  • Collaborating with team members to address data discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Preparing and submitting reports based on data analysis and insights to support business decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data handled to ensure that sensitive information is protected and secure.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, and excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain productivity while working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or similar administrative role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with remote work environments and online communication tools is preferred, but not essential.

Working Hours

This is a part-time, evening shift position, with working hours from 6 PM to 10 PM (flexible based on candidate availability).
