Fantasy Sports Operations Associate
Job Description:
• Manage and execute pricing of player salaries
• Leverage data and merchandising strategies to inform selections of contests available to players
• Ensure contest mixes are properly executed and monitor contest entries
• Repost contests as needed to drive participation and achieve targets
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar field
• Proficiency with Excel
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake
• In-depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantasy sports
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible days and hours aligned with sports schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
