Pet Adoption Coordinator & Customer Support
We’re looking for a compassionate and organized Adoption Coordinator & Customer Service Representative to assist individuals and families as they search for their new pet. This role involves guiding potential adopters, answering questions, and coordinating logistics to ensure a smooth experience.
Responsibilities
Communicate with adopters through email, phone, and chat.
reputed company information on pet care, breed details, and adoption procedures.
reputed company records of adoption requests and pet availability up to date.
Work with partner breeders and the logistics team to arrange reputed company travel.
Follow company standards to ensure ethical adoption practices.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using online communication and scheduling tools.
Genuine interest in pets and animal welfare.
Previous customer service experience is helpful, though not required.
