Our consultants work across industries and geographies, enabling businesses to achieve impactful results.</p><h3><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></h3><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>MicroStrategy Architect</strong> to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level BI solutions using MicroStrategy, ensuring scalability, usability, and performance across client environments.</p><h3><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h3><ul><li>Design and implement enterprise BI solutions using <strong>MicroStrategy</strong>.</li><li>Define architecture standards, best practices, and security frameworks for BI platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.</li><li>Lead performance tuning, optimization, and administration of MicroStrategy environments.</li><li>Oversee migration, upgrades, and integration with other enterprise data systems.</li><li>Support pre-sales activities and provide subject matter expertise in client discussions.</li><li>Mentor and guide development teams on MicroStrategy design and implementation.</li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a <strong>MicroStrategy Architect or Senior Developer</strong>.</li><li>Deep knowledge of <strong>MicroStrategy Server, Web, Mobile, and Developer</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of schema objects, metadata design, and data modeling.</li><li>Experience with <strong>dashboard/report development, security implementation, and performance tuning</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment.</li></ul><h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3><ul><li>MicroStrategy certifications.</li><li>Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Knowledge of complementary BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).</li></ul>
