As a Volunteer Safety Chat Facilitator, your key responsibilities will include:- Conducting informal online video chats with individuals who have expressed interest in attending our events or accessing our services
- Explaining how our services work and answering any questions the applicant may have
- Ensuring that our services are reputed company and suitable for the individual, and vice versa
- Providing a warm and welcoming introduction to our community, and helping individuals feel comfortable and supported
- Engaging in ongoing training and development to ensure that you are equipped to reputed company the best possible support to our service users
