SCRUM Master - IRS MBI Clearance

Job reputed company: • This is a remote position. • Job Title: Scrum Master • Location: Remote. • Duration: Full-Time. • NEED IRS MBI Clearance. • IT product development & reputed company • Agile frameworks • Business analysis • Coaching/consulting with senior managers • Help train newly reputed company Product Owners on Agile values, frameworks, and tools • Help create sprint reviews & demos • Facilitate writing of user stories, epics, acceptance reputed company, and other story reputed company • Assist the product reputed company with story prioritization and backlog management • Work towards increasing reputed company and sprint reputed company • Mentor/reputed company clients in Agile/Scrum best practices. Requirements: • 3+ years using Agile frameworks for IT reputed company and products • Demonstrable reputed company translating business requirements into technical solutions/ designs and roadmaps • Experience presenting to and coaching team members and/or clients • Excellent facilitation skills, particularly with respect to requirements gathering and strategic planning • Advanced skills working in Jira, Trello, and other project management tools • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving reputed company needs • At least one of the following certifications: CSPO or higher, PSPO or higher • Interest in developing as a consultant and taking on additional responsibilities for reputed company and delivering work Benefits: Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
