JR. SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide first-tier day to day support and administration of our Salesforce instance for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Responsibility for all aspects of user and license management including user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups.
• Maintain and improve data integrity by regularly monitoring and resolving data inaccuracies within the system.
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain user resources as needed on existing and updated processes.
• Perform scheduled and ad hoc User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide regular user training and monitor user adoption.
• Stay up to date with all major Salesforce releases.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of Salesforce Administration experience (Certified Salesforce Administrator is a plus).
• Proficient in user management, custom objects, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validations, formulas, reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with process automation tools (Flow and Process Builder).
• Understanding of Salesforce data model and practical knowledge on importing, exporting and ensuring data accuracy.
