• MUST HAVE experience in an inpatient acute hospital setting, with discharge planning!
• Case Manager needed, ASAP start date and for 13 weeks
• 5x8 Days 7:30am-4pm, weekdays, some weekends, holidays
• Discharge Planning, ortho/neuro surgical unit, ability to handle fast paced unit with multiple discharges and admissions reputed company day
• Must have UR experience
• BLS required (must be reputed company AHA), CCM or ACM Preferred
• Compact or VA license in hand - no exceptions
• 3 years' experience required, travel experience preferred
