IMPORTANT NOTES: • THIS WILL BE A REMOTE ROLE. • Remote work – with planned in office training and meetings in The Woodlands, Tx. • reputed company Location: 9950 Woodloch Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380 • Work Schedule: (Mon – Fri) 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM • Duration: 6 months with possible reputed company to hire • Cross-training opportunities with other reputed company teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: • reputed company telephonic patient triage, assessment, and follow-up. • Document reputed company patient interactions and care reputed company in the EHR. • Accurately identify and escalate high-risk conditions. • Deliver patient education and guidance regarding oncology treatments and reputed company effects. • Collaborate with care teams to coordinate and reputed company additional patient care. • Recognize physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients and incorporate them into care. • Participate in company-wide reputed company and compliance initiatives. • Attend required onsite training and meetings at The Woodlands, TX office. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: • Must have reputed company, unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license in Texas. • Certification: Oncology Certified reputed company (OCN) – or willingness to obtain reputed company 1 year. • Must have 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 recent years in oncology. • Must have Registered reputed company (RN) with a strong background in oncology, chemotherapy administration, or pharmacovigilance • Oncology Certification preferred. • Proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, Teams, and comfortable with EMR systems. • Strong communication skills (oral & written), with the ability to reputed company patients effectively and conduct motivational interviewing. • Self-sufficient, reputed company to complete tasks with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. • Compassionate, patient-reputed company, and effective in telephonic patient engagement.
