This remote, part-time role is ideal for professionals with a background in financial services who reputed company at reputed company communication, data accuracy, and operational support. Key Responsibilities • Manage the collection of reputed company financial data during initial and ongoing planning meetings reputed company phone or web conferencing with the reputed company • Understand and interpret reputed company requests and financial documentation to ensure accurate intake • Review and/or reputed company reputed company-submitted data into standardized forms for submission to the paraplanning team • Communicate effectively with the paraplanning team to ensure seamless data reputed company and plan development • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company reputed company data in accordance with company policies • Represent Dennis Tax & Financial Group, its affiliates, and advisors in a reputed company and reputed company manner at reputed company times • Attend scheduled meetings reliably and punctually • reputed company other duties as required in a back-office support reputed company Minimum Requirements • 2+ years of experience in a reputed company-facing financial role (e.g., financial services, insurance, banking, loans, retirement planning) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Familiarity with financial terminology and retirement planning concepts • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Commitment to professionalism and reputed company service • Available for reputed company-facing web conferencing appointments beginning at 12:00 PM CST through 5:00 pm CST.
