About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Center Manager to join our team in Reno, USA. As a Data Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of server farm specialists and ensuring the smooth operation of our data center. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data center performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and facilities, to ensure that all data center operations are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that all contracts and agreements are negotiated and managed effectively
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that all data center operations are financially sustainable and aligned with company goals
  • Ensure that all data center operations are compliant with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, including safety, security, and environmental regulations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in data center management or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data center infrastructure, networking, and IT systems
