Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SoC System Level Test Product Development Engineer to join our Silicon Developments team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing our future, world-class, performance-capable processor, system-on-chip (SoC). You will ensure that Apple products and services can consistently and beautifully handle the tasks that make them loved by millions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test programs for Apple SOCs from NPI to HVM
  • Lead the global deployment of SLT at Osat's, working closely with GSM and Test Planning teams
  • Collaborate with Apple internal Test teams, Product Design, QA, Product Management, and SW development teams to resolve Silicon and HW issues
  • Manage suppliers for HW movements of equipment infrastructure (new SLT equipment and modified system-level test accessories)
  • Support device capability practices working with equipment vendors, OSAT, Apple TE, and QA teams
  • Review new product testability and operability on the SLT planning with internal and external teams
  • Drive multiple suppliers and Knowledge Makers, working with cross-functional teams and deliver reports

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
  • At least 2+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong understanding of SOC Designs
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing cycle and awareness of Electronic Design basics
  • Experience in delivering and managing test plans in manufacturing sites
  • Proficiency in programming with Scripting languages (e.g., PYTHON, PERL) and evident level languages (e.g., C#/C/C++ or Visual Basic with .NET framework)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in programming development, to truly understand, deliver, and drive SW/FW teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects and issues simultaneously while maintaining attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with global teams and suppliers
  • Knowledge of SOC Research, validation, and test package interface as well as organizing SoC Electronic, Going against message, and PMIC products
