We're seeking an reputed company solicitor with a strong background in employment law, including significant experience of Employment Tribunal litigation. You'll have a keen interest in education law and a willingness to adapt and tackle new challenges in the Higher Education sector. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be reputed company to work independently, supervise and support colleagues, and contribute to the development of our reputed company reputed company.Key Responsibilities
- Advise on internal investigations, disciplinary and grievance reputed company, discrimination and equal pay claims, employment status issues, and industrial relations.
- Work with the General Counsel on other contentious disputes, including breach of contract claims and education law issues.
- Supervise and support colleagues, providing guidance and expertise on employment and education law reputed company.
