As a Live Chat Support Representative at Laka Group SRL, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients in the Civil Engineering industry. You will be the first reputed company of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and assistance, ensuring a seamless and reputed company experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
