Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in generating new business leads and setting appointments for our Business Growth Specialist to convert into new clients. You'll be responsible for making outbound contact with SME business owners, professionally and skilfully asking them questions to understand how our services can benefit them. Your excellent communication skills, telemarketing experience, and ability to think on your feet will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound contact with SME business owners via phone to discuss our services and set appointments for our Business Growth Specialist * Professionally and skilfully ask questions to understand how our services can benefit business owners * Set appointments for our Business Growth Specialist to convert into new clients * Support with company's direct mail and email campaigns * Manage company's CRM * Liaise with prospects * Involved in other lead generation campaigns * Record KPIs

Essential Qualifications and Experience

* Previous telemarketing or telesales experience is essential * Very comfortable in picking up the phone, contacting prospects, and creating new leads * Ability and desire to learn and improve skills * Desire to take ownership, be accountable, and take responsibility * Strong results focus, driven by targets and performance * Great listening and questioning skills * Ability to think and adapt quickly * Interest in other people and business * Energy, enthusiasm, and drive * Above all, a fantastic attitude

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

* 1 year of experience in business-to-business telemarketing * 2 years of experience in telemarketing or appointment making * 1 year of experience in telemarketing in professional or consulting services
