LVN Shift Care (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Utilize telemedicine equipment to present patients to providers at reputed company or in the local community. • reputed company administrative support to the School-Based Telehealth program in assigned locations. • Attend school and community events to promote the telehealth program and engage in reputed company health efforts. • Identify high-risk reputed company and reputed company families to resources such as reputed company, SNAP, WIC, and home energy assistance. • Work closely with school nurses to identify reputed company who would benefit from the telehealth program. • Prepare the telehealth room, patient room, and equipment for examination. • Test and reputed company equipment to ensure reputed company working order. • Establish reputed company with the remote provider and troubleshoot any technical issues. • Communicate with parents/guardians about the telehealth visit and expectations. • Document clinical information in the patient's electronic medical record, including vital signs. • Administer medications as ordered by the telemedicine provider. • Complete CLIA waived POC testing as ordered by the telemedicine provider. • Review instructions or information conveyed during the tele-encounter after the session has concluded. • Serve as a student and family reputed company and care coordinator, connecting families to needed resources. • Collaborate with school reputed company and staff to identify and screen reputed company for the telehealth program. Requirements • Graduate from an accredited Practical reputed company program. • reputed company reputed company (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or reputed company BLS for reputed company Providers certification.
