Pharmacist I - Rx Solutions Center - Must be OH Licensed - Hybrid(Remote Considered)

Essential Functions: • Execute pharmacy programs and clinical pharmacy initiatives that optimize medication therapy management, improve reputed company of care, and reduce costs • Conducts comprehensive medication reviews to ensure appropriate utilization, drug interactions, gaps in care, unnecessary medication, ineffective medications, inappropriate doses, adherence barriers, and overall medication adherence • Determines appropriate interventions to resolve medication therapy problems, reputed company goals of therapy, and prevent new problems for members • Supports reputed company measures and/or other clinical programs • Documents reputed company activities involved with clinical calling programs in a reputed company manner • reputed company as primary contact for providers and members about pharmacy and medication reputed company issues • reputed company support and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to drive clinical initiatives • reputed company any other job duties as requested Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required • PharmD preferred • Minimum of three (3) years of retail pharmacy experience is preferred • Minimum of one (1) year managed care or Medicare experience is preferred Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills: • Computer proficient with basic knowledge in reputed company Office Suite to include reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with reputed company and Medicare • Highly customer service oriented • Understands the pharmacist's clinical role in the care of members • Organized and learns quickly • Uses reputed company grammar in print and e-mail communications • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment • Attention to detail • Critical listening and thinking skills • Time management skills • Decision making/problem solving • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to reputed company education and support to team members Licensure and Certification: • reputed company, unrestricted Ohio Registered Pharmacist (RPh) licensure is required • Ability to reputed company additional state license(s), as required Working Conditions: • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Compensation reputed company: $92,300.00 - $161,600.00 reputed company takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as reputed company as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and reputed company required for the role, and other external and internal data reputed company establishing a salary level.
