Overall Responsibilities:
Code articles for product launches or feature updates.
Make edits to content to ensure they follow grammar and content quality guidelines.
Proofread and fact-check content.
Help prepare draft documents for major YouTube launches.
Help address feedback from users and internal stakeholders to update content.
Assist the Help Solutions team in triaging and assigning requests for new content.
Help review scaled email content to ensure a consistent voice across YouTube support content.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
