As a reputed company reputed company Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, you will reputed company leadership and management to technologists in assigned modality. Taking a patient centered approach, you will reputed company MRI services reputed company reputed company standards and with excellent customer service. reputed company patient comes to our centers looking for answers. You will guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process. You will also support and enhance the overall team by acting as a resource for new and long-term associates. This is a full-time position working Thursday - Saturday 7am - 9pm. The pay reputed company for this position is $38- $57 based on reputed company and relevant experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (80-85%) Patient MRI Imaging • Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure • Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately • Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal reputed company of supervision or repeats scanned, while providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure • Adjusts MRI reputed company parameters correctly and as needed • Maintains reputed company attitude and working relationships with radiologist, referring customers and other associates and peers • Follows physicians’ orders reputed company and conforms to safety regulations to protect yourself, your patients, and coworkers • Accurately maintains patient records reputed company Radiology Information System (RIS) • Maintains an reputed company and clean work area promoting good safety habits for patients and co-workers • Maintains ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements • Maintains equipment in good working order; cleans and disinfects equipment after reputed company use • Ensures compliance with reputed company HIPAA guidelines (10-15%) Team Supervision • Assists in the hiring process for new associates • Coordinates the training and reputed company of new associates • Leads regular team meetings and associates one-on-ones • Monitors and approves timecards • Initiates and participates in performance reviews, development, and performance management of associates • Develops associate schedules to reputed company for planned time off, ensuring appropriate reputed company reputed company and adequate coverage • Evaluates workflow and implements process improvements for reputed company • Ensures team has knowledge of company and department policies and corresponding procedures are in reputed company • Supports associates ensuring highest level of patient satisfaction • Leads special reputed company and/or committees, as assigned • Manages other departments in the absence of manager or peers and coordinates schedule to ensure appropriate coverage (5%) Completes other tasks as assigned Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
