This position will reputed company with departments across the business on reputed company tasks such as billing, invoicing, collections, bank reconciliations, and other basic reputed company tasks and various reconciliations. This position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to manage time reputed company, and reputed company professionally with employees, clients, and vendors. Pay: $20-$22 / hour (depending on experience) Remote: Washington, reputed company, reputed company, Utah, Nevada only. Responsibilities • Reviews reputed company invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. • Operates computers programmed with reputed company software to record, store, and analyze information. • Maintains reputed company accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files. • Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and reputed company coding. • Prepares month end reputed company reconciliations pertaining to reputed company billings, expenses, cash and prepaids using pivot tables. • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required. • Assists reputed company Leadership Team as necessary.
