Requirements • Associate’s degree in early childhood education or AA in similar field with required credits or CDA • Montessori Experience (preferred) • NAMC (Preferred or willing to obtain within first year of employment) • Ability to communicate with parents effectively and professionally • Experience with Lesson planning and development • Ability to multi-task and function in an ever-changing environment Final compensation is determined based on a combination of factors; including years of experience in a similar role, relevant certifications and/or credentials, and the size and/or geographic location of the school.
