As a Remote Chat Agent at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in professionally acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
• Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that address customer queries effectively, reflecting positively on blithequark's commitment to excellence.
• Engage with conversations promptly, ideally within 1 minute of receipt, to ensure seamless and efficient customer service.
• Identify and report any system errors or anomalies to the relevant teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational systems.
• Meet productivity standards by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour, balancing quality with efficiency.
• Maintain an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above the threshold, recognizing that performance below 10% may necessitate coaching and potential termination, as we strive for consistent high-quality service.
• Operate proficiently within multiple software platforms, adapting to new technologies and tools as introduced by blithequark to enhance customer engagement and internal processes.
