Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to veterinary professionals through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A 2-year Associate's degree or a 4-year College degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling responses to user inquiries
  • Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of the principles and best practices of exceptional customer service
  • Patience, compassion, and empathy when handling difficult situations, with a strong focus on resolving issues and turning negative experiences into positive ones
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple concurrent responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional support and driving user satisfaction
  • A positive attitude, a one-for-all team mentality, and excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required, as we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and industries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with intercom and/or other chat platforms, with a strong understanding of the features and functionality of these tools
  • Knowledge of the veterinary industry, with a passion for supporting and empowering veterinary professionals
