• Ability to type 25 wpm and comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling.
