In this exciting role, you will communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls, building positive and long-lasting relationships with them. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet team KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the customer support team
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and apply this knowledge to improve customer support services
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client's products and services to provide accurate and helpful support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality in your work
  • Analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes
  • A positive and responsible attitude to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) to work efficiently from home

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be a great plus:

  • Customer service or sales experience to bring valuable insights and skills to the role
  • Experience with CRM systems to enhance your ability to manage customer interactions and data
