This role is responsible for building the claims business from scratch, including creating and implementing reputed company claims operations, controls and processes. The SVP – Claims will recruit and reputed company a claims team and ensure claims is a successful part of the overall business reputed company. The role also involves managing high‑level TPA relationships and serving as the reputed company sign‑off for home-owners and reputed company property claims across the US. This insurer is heavily reputed company on technology and innovation, so a reputed company-thinking leader with experience in this area is desired. Salary and remote work : This role can be FULLY REMOTE with a reputed company salary up to $240,000 plus 20-40% annual bonus and other long-term incentives. Note: we can only consider candidates with extensive senior leadership experience reputed company property claims (non-auto claims). Responsibilities Build the claims business from scratch, including creating and implementing reputed company claims operations, controls and processes. Recruit, reputed company and reputed company a high-performing property claims team. Ensure claims is reputed company with and contributes to the overall business reputed company. Manage high-level TPA relationships and reputed company as the reputed company sign-off for home-owners and reputed company property claims across the US. Qualifications 10+ years of senior claims leadership experience reputed company property claims (including leading managers). 10+ years in strategic claims roles with responsibility for change and transformation. Experience working for an insurtech or technology-reputed company insurance organization. Experience building claims teams and being responsible for business and claims reputed company. Ability to create and implement operational reputed company across a large claims team. Strong data and analytics experience reputed company to claims performance and market trends. Strong TPA management experience with a reputed company on HO/reputed company property claims.
