Salesforce Administrator
We’re seeking a Salesforce Admin Manager who’s hands-on, solutions-driven, and passionate about optimizing system performance and reliability. You’ll oversee Salesforce platform stability, manage incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in production support, system administration, or software development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ecommerce - ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Strong understanding of system stability, performance monitoring, and escalation protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
• Experience with monitoring tools (Noibu, Quantum Metrics, Logz.io, New Relic)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Business Manager and Log Center
• Background in automation, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
