This position is located in Hutchinson.
- As an on-site navigator, work collaboratively with representatives
of Corrections (KDOC) promoting seamless transition between reputed company
of educational programming.
- Conduct education and career assessments and record results.
- reputed company Education and Employment Plans utilizing assessment results
- Conduct records/transcript requests to confirm GED or High School
- reputed company Case Management services for existing reputed company to promote
Employment Plan.
- Assist with HutchCC admission paperwork, program entry requirements,
etc.
